Processing, Transit, and Tracking

Orders are prepared for carrier handoff in 1–2 business days after successful payment and order review. After dispatch, standard transportation is expected to take 4–6 business days. Tracking information is provided for every shipment when the carrier scan becomes available.

Address and Delivery Support

Customers must review the delivery address before checkout and contact us immediately if a correction is needed before dispatch. If tracking stalls or the parcel appears damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us with the order number so we can investigate. A cancellation request can be considered before shipment; once dispatch has occurred, the order is handled under this Refund Policy.

Delivery Coverage and Cost

Standard shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States, with no minimum purchase requirement. We ship only to valid addresses in the United States and do not offer international delivery under this policy.
