These Terms of Service govern access to the storefront and every order placed through it; using the site or completing checkout signifies agreement to them.

Products and Order Acceptance

We work to present accurate descriptions, images, availability, and pricing for the current catalog, but lawful corrections may be made when information or stock changes. Orders are offers to purchase and become accepted only after payment authorization, review, and fulfillment confirmation; reasonable quantity limits or fraud controls may apply.

Using the Store

All charges are presented and settled in USD, and checkout supports Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. Taxes are calculated and collected when required by applicable law; this policy does not promise tax-free treatment. Orders are prepared for carrier handoff in 1–2 business days after successful payment and order review. After dispatch, standard transportation is expected to take 4–6 business days. A cancellation request can be considered before shipment; once dispatch has occurred, the order is handled under this Refund Policy. You may request a no-reason return within 30 days after receiving the order, and an exchange may be requested during the same period.

Customers may not misuse the site, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape unlawfully, commit fraud, violate rights, or use the service for prohibited conduct. Store text, graphics, branding, layouts, and other protected content may not be copied or commercially reused without the relevant owner's authorization.

Services are provided subject to applicable law, and nothing here excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be waived; otherwise liability is limited to the lawful extent for foreseeable direct loss.
